Draft client document chases for approval
Chasing outstanding paperwork across a client book is repetitive and easy to postpone. Dash reads what each client still owes, drafts a message pitched to how overdue each one is and who last replied, and holds every draft in the thread until a person approves it. Dash sends nothing on its own.

The escalations are the only two where I changed the recipient. Both have had three unanswered messages to the same address, so a fourth to that address is not a chase, it is a formality.
Two I did not draft. Kestrel Joinery owes nothing, their file was completed on 27 Aug and the checklist was never ticked. Drayton Fabrication is missing a bank feed, not a document, which is ours to fix rather than theirs to send.

We have asked the office three times since 14 August. Rather than send a fourth, I wanted to reach you directly, because the 7 September date is now genuinely at risk. If the statements land by Tuesday we will still make it.
Nothing has been sent. Say the word and it goes; tell me to soften it and I will redraft.
