Twice, both by email on the 19th and the 26th, both to the same person, no reply either time. Nobody has tried their project sponsor, who is on the account and has replied within a day every time she has been asked something.
Drafted a short note to the sponsor that states the blocker, the 18 days, and the go live date it puts at risk. It is held for your approval. Chasing the same silent inbox a third time is unlikely to be the move.
