Audit every Zapier workflow in the business

Nobody knows how many Zaps are running or who owns them. Dash inventories every workflow, shows which ones have not fired in months, which are erroring silently, and which belong to people who have left, then hands back a shutdown list to approve.

@Dash can you do an automation audit of the whole business? I want to know what Zaps we have and which ones are dead.

Inventoried the Zapier account. 147 workflows across 6 folders.

  • Healthy and firing · 61
  • Not fired in 90 days · 44
  • Erroring on every run · 12
  • Owned by someone who has left · 19
  • Duplicate of another Zap · 11

The twelve that error every run matter most. They have failed silently since the accounting tool changed its field names in June, so nine weeks of invoice notifications never reached anyone. Nobody was told because the failure notice goes to a mailbox that no longer exists.

The nineteen orphaned ones still hold live credentials for the departed owners. That is the access risk, separate from the automation question.

Full table posted as a file. Want me to draft the shutdown list?

Yes. And separate the ones that are just dead from the ones that are a credential problem.

Two lists, drafted for approval, nothing disabled yet.

List A, safe to switch off · 44 workflows with no run in 90 days and no downstream dependency I can find. Each row has the last run date and the last thing it touched.

List B, credential risk, needs a human decision · 19 workflows running on the accounts of people who have left. Switching these off stops the automation. Revoking the credential may break something else that reuses it, so I have listed what else each account touches rather than recommending a revoke.

I will not disable, delete, or revoke anything. Approve a list and I will walk it with you one row at a time.
